Outlook 97 - Add a Personal Distribution List

1. Choose the Tools menu's Address Book command.
2. When Outlook displays the Address Book, click the New Entry button.
3. Select Personal Distribution List from the list box.
4. Select the In The option button.
5. Select the Address Book list to which you want to add entries.
6. Click OK.
7. Type a name for your Personal Distribution List in the Name text box.
8. Click the Add/Remove Members button.
9. Select the Address Book list that contains the e-mail recipient you
want to add to your Personal Distribution List from the Show Names From
The drop-down list box.
10. Double-click the names you want to add to your Personal Distribution
List.
11. When you finish adding names to your Persoanl Distribution List, click
OK. Outlook redisplays the New Personal Distribution List Properties dialog
box - but this time it shows the names you've added to the list.
12. Optionally, click the Notes tab. Then use the box that Outlook displays
to record a note about the distribution list.
