| Updating
Your Website On ARQ By Tom Thomas Director of Support Services For the ARQ customers that take advantage of the Web space provided with their dial-up access, we have some pertinent information on how to access your Web site for updates. We updated our servers this past month and in doing so, the FTP (file transfer protocol) server name changed. You no longer log onto ftp.arq.net when trying to access your Web site through FTP - you now log onto login.arq.net. If you are using an FTP program that uses a graphical interface like CuteFTP or WSftp, you type in login.arq.net in the "Host Address" field. In addition, you still use your same username and password as you do to log on to your ARQ Internet Connection. Everything remains as before, only the name of the FTP server has changed.
